Spelt is an ancient grain known for its rich flavor and high-quality profile. Compared to traditional wheat or corn vodkas, spelt vodka offers a more complex, smooth taste with earthy undertones, making it ideal for sipping neat or in cocktails.

While we have not been certified organic (yet!), Matka Wodka is made from 100% organic spelt, grown without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. We take pride in crafting a spirit that is both pure and environmentally conscious.

Our vodka is distilled five times to ensure exceptional smoothness and purity, while preserving the natural character of the spelt grain.

While spelt does contain gluten as it is a type of wheat, the distillation process removes most gluten proteins. However, if you have celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivity, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before consumption.
